Make sure you’ve read and understand which membership plan you will be applying under. Once you’ve completed and submitted the form below you will be prompted to select your membership plan and pay for your first year of membership.

Once your payment has been processed you will receive further information regarding your membership by mail or email.

Directory Information
  1. The Guild prints a member directory as well as publishes one online in the theguild.org's members only area. It is free to all members and is used to provide referrals upon request. However, you may choose to be unlisted. Do you want your name, address, phone, and email address listed in the Membership Directory?
Membership Information
  1. Membership Year:
    The Guild membership year is January through December. New memberships begin on the date the application is received; all memberships expire on December 31st. Renewal notice is sent each October and the renewal fee is due by December 1st.
    Payment Policy:
    The annual Artist Membership fee is $45. New membership applications that are received on or before September 30th of each year will expire of December 31st of that year. New membership applications received on or after October 1st of each year will expire on December 31st of the following year. Member fees are non-refundable. The charge will appear on your statement as The Guild of Artists and Artisans.

  1. I understand that the benefits offered are at the sole discretion of The Guild and may vary by availability, vendor, or state of residence of the members. The Guild reserves the right to add, change, or cancel benefits without notice. I understand that my annual membership will expire on December 31st of each year and that I will lose my membership benefits if I fail to respond to renewal notices. I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the Guild of any seasonal or permanent address changes.
